【 Main ingredients 】 closantel sodium and avermectin.

【 Description 】 This product is a light yellow tablet.

[Pharmacology] Antiparasitic drugs. Avermectin opens GABA-mediated chloride channels by promoting the release of y- aminobutyric acid (GABA) from presynaptic neurons. Chloride ion flow can reduce the impedance of cell membrane, cause the static potential of postsynaptic membrane to depolarize, thus interfere with the signal transmission between neuromuscular cells, make the worm relax and paralyze, and lead to the death or excretion of the worm. Avermectin has a good repellent effect on internal and external parasites, especially arthropods and internal nematodes, and is mainly used to repel gastrointestinal nematodes, pulmonary nematodes and external parasites of domestic animals.

Closantel plays an anthelmintic role by increasing the permeability of parasite mitochondria and uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation.

【 Action and Use 】 Antiparasitic drugs. It is used to drive away ectoparasites such as nematodes, trematodes and mites in cattle and sheep.

[Usage and dosage] For oral administration: one dose, 0.1 tablet of cattle and sheep per 1kg of body weight.
