[Pharmacological Action] The drug-effective word Pyrolium has the functions of relieving schistosomiasis and preventing insects. It is retrogressive to all kinds of coal worms and has good activity to larvae. It has a good repellent effect on Schistosoma japonicum, but the exact mechanism of action in the climbing end of old beer has not been determined, which may be due to its interaction with phospholipids coated by worms, resulting in data, dance and calcium ion outflow. In vitro, low concentration of praziquantel seems to damage the sucker function and excite the worm's peristalsis, while low concentration of drugs can enhance the contraction of tapeworm chain (segmental chain) (irreversible contraction at extremely high concentration), and in addition, pirimia can cause the formation of focal vacuoles in the special part of tapeworm envelope, which in turn causes the worm to crack. Pirizui on Schistosoma japonicum and trematode may directly kill parasites by increasing the flow of calcium ions into worms, and then form focal vacuoles and be swallowed. Pharmacokinetics this product is absorbed quickly and almost completely by oral administration, but it has obvious first-pass effect. After dogs and sheep were treated with drugs, the fractional shadow reached the peak concentration of blood drugs in 0.5~2 hours and 2 hours. Intramuscular injection and subcutaneous injection have a longer idle time than oral administration of blood drug. Tuzodone is distributed in various tissues of the whole body, with the highest concentration in liver and kidney, and can pass through blood-brain urea and enter the central rotating view of the workers' rejection nervous system. 【 Action and Use 】 Anti-worm drugs. Mainly used for animal schistosomiasis, but also for taeniasis and cysticercosis [Usage and dosage]. Every 10kg of body weight, 0.5~1.75 tablets for cattle, sheep and pigs; 0.125~0.25 for dogs and cats and 0.5~1 for birds.

[Adverse reactions] (1) At high dose, occasionally, the serum alanine aminotransferase in cattle increases slightly, and some cattle will have increased body temperature, muscle tremor, round gas and so on. (2) Oral administration can cause anorexia, vomiting or diarrhea in dogs, but the incidence rate is less than 5%, and Jane's reaction is rare.
